I grew up in a small, rural, farming town in southern Ohio, where I learned the value of integrity and a strong work ethic. I then had the honor of serving for four years in the United States Marine Corps, ending at Quantico, Virginia, where I met my wife. I have now been happily married for 23 years, and am the proud father of two children… a daughter who is a sophomore in college, and a fifteen-year-old son.
After the Marine Corps, I entered the law enforcement field as a Virginia State Game Warden, and was later recruited by, and worked for two other law enforcement agencies, in Virginia and Georgia. Deciding that I wanted a different life for my family, I took the initiative to enter the highly competitive field of corporate private investigations, specializing in insurance fraud investigations. Ultimately, I formed and ran one of the most successful investigative companies in Virginia for more than 10 years.
In 2004, I embraced real estate sales as his new career. My success in the real estate industry speaks again to a strong commitment to integrity, and a strong work ethic. I also found that my love of statistics, numbers, and cutting-edge technology serve me well in the real estate industry. This is especially true in understanding and educating clients on market values and market trends.
I have received numerous rewards over the years at various companies, including the Shooting Star Award in the Virginia Region as a rookie agent, Team of the Year, Leadership Award, and Distinguished Agent of the Year.
My business philosophy and what I strive to deliver to every client, can be summed up in three words… “Integrity, Compassion, Expertise.”
